"We are so grateful to Bryan and Leah! We chose to hire them at the recommendation of our realtor, Natascia Kilmas! She was so right in that Bryan inspects every home as if it were his own. He was very detailed and found things I honestly think others would have missed. We hired him to initially inspect the basement on a home we were considering, since it had a history of water seepage. He came out with his thermal camera, and explained what signs of water damage would look like and, what was normal and what was not. We then hired him again to do our full home inspection and our walk-through. He explained every issue in detail to me at the property and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend using AerialScope for a home inspection. Bryan was both professional and knowledgeable, and easy to work with as far as setting up an appointment. He did a very thorough inspection on the house I am looking at. He was able to identify very easy to miss little things throughout the home as he made his way through. He also showed that he was very knowledgeable about carpentry, electrical and plumbing, masonry, and familiar with how houses were built over the years, making him able to pick out a lot of things from the 1960 built home. When the plumber arrived to turn the water on, Bryan was on top of what needed to be done for the plumbing inspection.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan at a property where we got to talking. Very thorough, very knowledgeable. Most importantly uses tools most inspectors don't have and makes a big difference for identifying hidden issues. Highly recommended! I have been using home inspectors for many years and have a lot of tools myself, so i know how to spot a good inspector. Bryan is the best inspector i have used.
