I would highly recommend using AerialScope for a home inspection. Bryan was both professional and knowledgeable, and easy to work with as far as setting up an appointment. He did a very thorough inspection on the house I am looking at. He was able to identify very easy to miss little things throughout the home as he made his way through. He also showed that he was very knowledgeable about carpentry, electrical and plumbing, masonry, and familiar with how houses were built over the years, making him able to pick out a lot of things from the 1960 built home. When the plumber arrived to turn the water on, Bryan was on top of what needed to be done for the plumbing inspection.
